Investing In Our Future
For too long, our educational system has disproportionately favored white-collar professions, overlooking the critical contributions of skilled American workers. It’s time to restore balance and fully support the diverse talents and interests of all our children.
As part of reentering the space race, we plan to launch a probe designed to catch up with the Voyager probes. This probe will transmit messages and confirm their receipt, demonstrating our capabilities in deep space communication.
Additionally, we propose to adapt maritime law for space applications. This adaptation will involve establishing rescue stations throughout space, manned by personnel with specialized training. We plan to convert race car drivers into rescue pilots due to their high-speed maneuvering skills. These stations will also be staffed by individuals from EMS, fire, and police rescue teams, as well as doctors and surgeons. The transition from their current roles to space rescue operations represents a natural extension of their expertise in emergency response.
The United States was once a powerhouse of manufacturing, showcasing our resilience, ingenuity, and strong work ethic. However, our manufacturing capabilities have diminished over time due to an over-reliance on foreign investments and outsourcing production overseas. As a candidate for the United States Senate representing New Jersey, I am committed to reversing this trend.
We will focus on revitalizing manufacturing across various sectors, including medical devices, automobiles, transportation, and furniture. This effort is not merely about production; it’s about reigniting our innovative spirit, strengthening our economy, and bringing jobs back to American soil.
Furthermore, we will initiate a strategy to domestically source and produce the essential resins and raw materials required for these industries. By reducing our dependence on foreign sources for these critical materials, we will enhance our self-sufficiency and national security.
In recent times, our government and its agencies have seemingly strayed from their solemn oaths, leading to diminished military strength and reduced global standing. There have been instances where our commitments have faltered, notably in Afghanistan and Ukraine, which have undermined trust and stability. Similarly, our obligations to both citizens and immigrants, whether documented or undocumented, appear unfulfilled. As a United States Senator representing New Jersey, I am dedicated to a different course. My aim is to restore our nation to its rightful standing, adhering strictly to the oath I have taken. This will involve a comprehensive effort to eradicate corruption and ensure no aspect of governmental mismanagement or betrayal of public trust goes unnoticed or unpunished. We will be thorough in this endeavor to ensure a government that upholds its oaths, serves its people faithfully, and fulfills its commitments. This is the government our country deserves and the one I pledge to lead.
1. Strategic Military and Diplomatic Policies
A nation’s essence is defined by its borders. The hasty withdrawal from Afghanistan by the Biden administration lacked a long-term strategic plan, leaving those who were born into freedom after liberation to face humiliation, loss of dignity, and a curtailment of their rights to education and self-determination. This not only betrayed the Afghan people but also contradicted our national character.
To avoid future missteps, any military deployment should be accompanied by both an exit strategy and a long-term plan to ensure peace and stability for all involved. Our failure to meet military recruitment quotas underscores the urgent need to modernize our weaponry and consider technological enhancements as substitutes for manpower.
2. National Security and Infrastructure
The need for robust national and infrastructure security is clear. It necessitates maintaining and advancing onshore manufacturing development and research. As for Ukraine, their right to reclaim pre-war borders is indisputable, supported by the 1994 trilateral treaty, under which the U.S. promised security in exchange for Ukraine relinquishing its nuclear arsenal.
3. Foreign Aid and Spending
We, the People, should not fund foreign governments’ operational expenses beyond direct military aid that complies with our treaties and laws. Our financial support should focus on strategic, treaty-compliant military assistance only.
As leaders of this great nation, it is our duty to uphold the principles enshrined in the Constitution and ensure that the balance of power between the federal and state governments is maintained. This involves addressing several critical areas:
1. Preservation of Federal Authority: We must steadfastly resist any attempts by states to undermine the powers vested in the federal legislative, executive, and judicial branches, as delineated in Articles 1, 2, and 3 of the Constitution.
2. State Sovereignty: We must equally oppose any federal legislation that would diminish the states’ retained sovereign rights and powers. States should not enact legislation that diminishes the authority entrusted solely to Congress, and the federal government should not pass laws that undercut the powers reserved to the states or their citizens.
3. Age of Majority and Firearms Possession: The question of whether an eighteen-year-old can possess a firearm touches on broader issues of maturity and responsibility. Given that eighteen-year-olds can be tried as adults and serve in the military, we must consider these responsibilities when assessing their rights under the law. This interpretation aligns with the 26th Amendment, which not only grants the right to vote at this age but implicitly recognizes the age of adulthood.
4. Department of Justice Oversight: Concerns have been raised about the alignment between the Department of Justice and transient political leadership, potentially leading to violations of constitutional laws and amendments. Specifically, issues arise with the ATF’s ability to promulgate regulations and make arrests that may contravene several constitutional provisions, including:
As elected custodians of democracy, it is incumbent upon us to vigilantly protect these foundational principles. Our commitment to these duties ensures that our government remains by the people and for the people, reflecting the vision our founders intended.
Furthermore, we must examine the potential conflicts with our cherished amendments:
7. Tax Incentives for Educational Contributions: Tax reduction incentives will be offered to wealthy individuals and businesses that contribute to the development of educational facilities, such as primary, secondary, and trade schools. These contributions can include physical infrastructure improvements and the provision of educational materials like books, scientific instruments, and art supplies, all aimed at enriching the educational experience.
8. Direct Funding and Tax Deductibility: Contributions will be considered direct funding, entirely tax-deductible, avoiding intermediaries like school boards or the Department of Education to ensure they are used purely for educational enhancement.
9. Support for Restaurants and Small Businesses: In response to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, we propose a five-year monetary ratio system to aid restaurants and small businesses. This system would include tax incentives for restaurants that reduce final costs to customers, encouraging patronage and facilitating recovery. Similar benefits will be extended to small businesses with fewer than 50 employees, supporting their rebuilding efforts through matching tax deductions.
These reforms aim to simplify taxation, stimulate economic activity, and ensure that our tax system supports broad societal benefits, from education to small business recovery.
In order to safeguard the personal data of senior citizens, strict measures will be implemented to prevent the transfer of sensitive information outside the borders
of the United States and its territories.
Payment structures, including bank data, credit cards, and digital banking systems, will be subject to stringent regulations to ensure that none of this data can be transported offshore.
Communication protocols will be enforced to ensure that all phone calls originate from within the United States and are not automated or originating from offshore locations. Caller IDs must accurately represent the United States-based office and employee making the call.
Companies found responsible for scamming senior citizens and unlawfully obtaining funds from their accounts will be required to provide full restitution.
These security measures apply to individuals aged 64 and above.
6. Personal data of United States citizens should never leave the boundaries of the country.
7. The above measures apply to individuals of all ages, although exceptions may exist for international purchases.
Until the United States addresses the shortage of domestic scientists, engineers, and medical professionals, only citizens of the United States and its trusted allies will be eligible to attend educational institutions in nations that have a proven track record of excellence.
Materials used in aviation, vessels, trains, public transportation, military, and government infrastructure, whether in hardened or soft forms, must be produced within the United States by American workers, with no involvement of foreign nationals.
Any collection, sale, rental, or transfer of data, including bot data collection, must not involve foreign companies or entities, foreign-operated data storage facilities, or any form of data transmission to foreign nationals.
To ensure the security of public trust, operational, construction, fabrication, educational, manufacturing, and digital enterprises, individuals must undergo a basic qualification test. This test will require proof of actual United States citizenship through a combination of documents such as a birth certificate, social security number, driver’s license, passport, or government-issued ID. For hardened allies on a case-by-case basis, exceptions may be made if there is no alternative solution available that does not involve fabrication, manufacturing, critical-grade materials, or information gathering and transmission. In such cases, a foreign national from a trusted allied country may be cleared to facilitate the task.
It is time to start to make anew our failing cities infrastructures in a way that will take them into the next century and beyond.
In order to ensure the endurance and progress of our great nation, it is imperative that we address the sensitive issue of abortion, which has long been a divisive force in our society. To move forward together, we must recognize and respect each other’s fundamental humanity. As the President of the United States, I will approach this topic with a pro-life stance, taking into consideration various perspectives and the sanctity of life.
It is a recognized truth that many individuals who align with the Republican party believe that abortion is morally wrong and should be avoided.
Both Democrats and Republicans fought together in World War II with a common purpose: to save lives from Hitler’s genocide. Preserving life has always been a shared commitment.
The argument of “my body, my choice” has limitations, as evidenced by the widespread acceptance of COVID-19 vaccines. The discussion surrounding vaccines may be separate, but it highlights the complexities of personal choice when public health and the welfare of others are at stake.
We must acknowledge the difficult circumstances faced by women who are victims of rape and incest. These heinous crimes inflict unimaginable trauma, and for these women, the option of abortion provides a means to avoid further pain and suffering.
The Constitution speaks of the pursuit of life and happiness, emphasizing the value of each individual’s existence.
For victims of such atrocities, pursuing a life filled with happiness becomes an arduous task.
Freedom of religion is a fundamental aspect of our Constitution, enabling individuals to reconnect with their inner selves. However, a victim of rape who becomes pregnant as a result of the assault may find it immensely challenging to reconnect with herself spiritually and emotionally.
Banning abortions does not eliminate them; it only drives desperate women to seek dangerous alternatives. We must prevent unscrupulous individuals posing as doctors from exploiting vulnerable women.
It is not for any individual, including Republicans, to assume the role of God in making decisions about the lives of others.
We must remember the age-old wisdom: “Render unto Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and unto God the things that are God’s.”
Engaging in a fight without saving lives accomplishes nothing of lasting significance.
The Constitution, with its amendments, is a document that upholds the value of life. It would be detrimental to its integrity to introduce abortion as a constitutional
right.
However, we can address abortion through medical legislation, taking the following measures:
General abortions will be subject to a maximum limit of 16 weeks.
Abortions resulting from rape and incest will be covered at no cost to the victim, with the financial responsibility falling on the perpetrator.
We must advocate for less invasive abortion methods, replacing the use of barbaric procedures with more humane alternatives. Butchery and painful methods will be banned.
The methods employed in many abortions would rightly elicit objections if used in death penalty cases. This serves as a moral litmus test.
If a baby survives the abortion procedure, it will be considered a participant in life, and the procedure will end at that point.
All medical providers offering abortion services must ensure that both the mother and father are informed and involved in the decision-making process. Informed decisions require intellectual consideration of the pros and cons of both keeping the baby and pursuing abortion.
Providers must present information from a neutral standpoint, recognizing that the ultimate decision lies with the parents, primarily the woman. The provider’s role is to inform, not to make the decision.
Violations of this requirement will result in criminal prosecution.
Violations of this requirement may also lead to criminal malpractice.
The pharmaceutical industry has seen both remarkable, advancements and egregious abuses that border on deliberate malfeasance with the manner, configuration, deployment, and deliberate suppression of information. Causing unnecessary vaccine injuries and deaths, all in favor of pure profit, at the very well being and expense of human beings. The Pharmaceuticals Industry would be of better service, if they took that same energy into making those covid vaccines in record time, towards cancer treatments and cures in record time.
5. Equitable Distribution of Benefits: The monetary benefits resulting from the successful development of cure cures and protocols will be fairly distributed among the participating pharmaceutical companies. The distribution will be based on each company’s contribution, ensuring a proportional allocation of resources. The more a company contributes to the collective effort, the greater its share of the benefits.
6. Ensuring Affordable Access: The availability of cure cures and protocols to the public will not be marred by high pricing strategies. We will prioritize making these medical advancements accessible to all who need them, ensuring that cost does not hinder individuals from receiving life-saving treatments.
By implementing these policies and fostering collaboration between the pharmaceutical industry and government entities, we can address the challenges posed by the current state of the industry. Together, we will drive progress, ensure affordability, and ultimately improve the lives of countless individuals affected by cancer and other diseases.
10. We will explore the integration of energy-efficient materials, such as hexagonal walling, that can facilitate energy flow for lighting and household power usage.
11. Development of low-level energy materials, including illuminating hexagons embedded with resistive materials, will be pursued for lighting fixtures and other applications.
12. We will also focus on developing low-level energy solutions for heating, cooling, cooking, and water heating.
13. Successful installations will be showcased at product shows, followed by selective remodeling or new home construction to demonstrate the practicality and effectiveness of these technologies.
14. Continued research and development of physical-state propulsion systems will aim to replace current engine types.
15. Exploration of cyclone-type electromagnetic and plasma field power generators will be prioritized.
16. During this development phase, we will maintain oil production and usage until alternative energy sources can be scaled up and integrated into power distribution hubs, infrastructure, and home installations. This phased approach will ensure a smooth transition that makes economic and practical sense.
Let us remember that previous industrial revolutions were met with concerns about the end of society, yet humanity adapted and thrived. A similar transformation awaits us with the advent of A.I. A.I. will usher in a new industrial revolution, inevitably accompanied by some challenges.
These advancements create opportunities for individuals to pursue work aligned with their passions while still earning a livelihood. We must embrace societal evolution and place our trust in science over superstition, as we are more educated and informed than our ancestors. While A.I. can be employed in rapid tracking systems, critical decision-making and human input should remain integral.
Certain tasks require human judgment and the uniquely human capacity for last-minute critical thinking and empathy that machines cannot replicate.
Our commitment to freedom, liberty, and our principles compels us to address the issue of illegal aliens. While some may express frustration with the influx of individuals, we must acknowledge the underlying humanitarian crisis. Let us rise above partisan politics and approach this matter with compassion and resolve.
We have constitutional amendments that unequivocally reject slavery, yet the presence of cartels within our borders perpetuates this heinous practice. It also enables the abhorrent crime of human trafficking. Undocumented immigrants find themselves trapped in a cycle of indebtedness to cartels or face grave consequences, which is incompatible with our values, religious beliefs, and the principles for which we fought a civil war.
We will identify and neutralize the command and control structures of cartels, targeting both high-ranking officials and low-level operatives. The identification of these command and control elements, as well as individual actors and carriers, is of utmost importance. We shall dismantle the command and control of cartel operations, targeting their networks, operatives, and infrastructure. Assets, including accounts, finances, properties, and materials, associated with the command and control of cartels will be seized. Our policy leaves no place on Earth for cartels and similar actors to hide or escape justice.
Together, as a nation, we will secure our borders, address illegal immigration with compassion and resolve, and eradicate the criminal enterprises that undermine our values and harm our communities.
We cannot tolerate such assaults on humanity within our own Nation. Illegal aliens of military age must be removed first and foremost before they can cause further or more dire harm to our people and nation. We must thoroughly vet out those claimed as families for legitimacy, and remove those found not to be.
The dedicated police officers of our nation have faced increasingly dangerous situations and tragic loss of life. Our objective is to ensure that the penalties for killing, attacking, or any form of violence against law enforcement are maximized, including federal court proceedings and, where appropriate, the application of the death penalty.
The process for implementing the death penalty should be swift and efficient. We must undertake comprehensive police reform to improve community interactions and enhance the procedures for stops and arrests.
We will establish a streamlined and appropriate training program that equips our officers to respond effectively to various active offenses while prioritizing the safety of all individuals involved, including officers, civilians, and suspects.
National standardization of reforms is crucial, ensuring clarity and understanding for both law enforcement and the public. Reforms will be designed to simplify expectations for stops, arrests, and the consequences of non-compliance, including provisions to address violations by law enforcement officers.
Our goal is to establish a clear, accessible, and enforceable framework that embodies simplicity, codification, dissemination, understanding, and accountability.
It is deeply troubling that within our great nation, 34 million Americans struggle daily to access sufficient food within our borders. Shockingly, 9 million of those individuals are innocent children. This is an unacceptable crisis in modern America that demands immediate attention.
Sadly, over the past decade, this issue has been given insufficient recognition or addressed with the urgency it deserves.
If the United States can procure 25 percent of Ukrainian food surplus to support those in need globally, we must prioritize our own citizens and ensure no one within our borders suffers from hunger.
The existing pantry and food stamp systems were intended to prevent such circumstances, yet they have not effectively addressed the problem. We must develop a new system capable of registering and monitoring individuals to ensure consistent access to food on a daily basis, with multiple provisions if necessary. If it is necessary to reimagine and enhance the functionality of the food stamp system, we will undertake this endeavor.
Within the United States of America, it is simply unacceptable for any child to go hungry. We must eradicate this issue without delay, as a nation that values the well-being and prosperity of all its citizens.
These policies prioritize safeguarding sensitive data, protecting domestic industries, and ensuring the security and integrity of critical infrastructure within the United States.
